How to Purchase

• Call, fax or email us with the item number (found at the top of each item photo) and item description.

 

•  We will contact our shipper for an estimate of packing, shipping and insurance, based on dimensions, weight, fragility and shipping address.

 

•  Once received we will get back to you with the total cost including shipping and insurance.  (Options for Fed Ex, UPS and Post Office if available)

 

•  You can also pick the item up from our shop or make your arrangements with your own shipper if you prefer.

 

•  Once payment has been received your item will be released and packed and shipped accordingly.

 

•  International orders ship via International Fed EX, to street addresses only. 

 

•  Customers are responsible for all customs, duties and VAT charges.

 

ETC.  accepts the four major credit cards:   VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as checks drawn on U.S. banks.   If paying by check, item will ship after check has cleared.
